The Palace: ""Mile long" buffet" Garden Court Restaurant Tip by Agraichen
Garden Court Restaurant, San Francisco: 4 reviews and 9 photos
Opulence to the ultimate. The former tiffany glass covered courtyard built to allow travelers to bring their carrages out of inclement weather has been converted into the main entrance of the hotel. Today, the courtyard is the dining room but is still covered with the glass ceiling.
On Sunday there is a reservations only, one seating Brunch Buffet that is just out of this world. Over 100 feet in length on all sides of the dining room, one can dine for hours and the Champaign flows freely.
Favorite Dish: hmmm....hard to say, it's all fantastic. The fruit is always fresh; eggs done to perfection, to your specific instuctions; multiple fresh baked pasteries, meats, salads, "dim sum," and finished with enough sweets to start a candy store.
