Don't pass by this church, just because it's not as famous as the cathedral. It used to be the university church and it's close to the university square. It's a baroque church, really high inside. The way the chairs were arranged was very unusual. I don't know if it was done for some specific purpose or if it is always like this, but the chairs were arranged in a circle. (So no hiding behind someone's back if the sermon is boring.) It enhanced the feeling of wide space I had in this church.
In an corner there was a tribute to Frère Roger, the founder of the community of Taizé who had been murdered in 2005.

Address: Universitaetsplatz
