This streetlamp is another of the landmarks of Castelló and the entire square street is named after it. It is a quite elaborate one and, actually, the square is one of the most pleasant in town, lined with beautiful Art Nouveau buildings.

It stands exactly on the place where Our Lay of the Lledó was crowned and it is the main gate to the romantic Ribalta Park, the city's largest public garden.
