INDOCHINE 21: "Super-Asia in Vienna !" Indochine 21 - CLOSED Tip by WStat

Indochine 21 - CLOSED, Vienna: 2 reviews and 4 photos

Vienna has for a long time been only a haven for excellent western food, while high-level Chinese and other Asian kitchens were missing.
Indochine 21 brings about not only genuine Shanghai- Szechuan- and Hongkong-kitchen, but also the best, not "westernized" elements of Vietnamese and Cambodian-food.
Here you?ll be transported to 21st century Indochina ? to the often unfamiliar world of French Vietnamese cuisine. Fresh herbs, soup hotpots, fish, crustaceans, crispy vegetables, rice and exotic fruits hold out the promise of a new culinary experience.
Winnie Brugger, the Chef, has spent 15 vears in top restaurants of Southeast-Asia anf d brought some excellent indigenious chefs and a lot of ideas with him.
If you want the best of Asian food AND best international wines, Indochine is the right place for you !
It will be expensive, but very good !
