Again, depends on what you like and where you are, but to throw out a few names...in the Queen West area I would recommend the Queen Mother for something a little quieter and low key (great atmosphere) and the Rivoli for something a little more lively (there's a restaurant and separate bar area downstairs, plus another room in the back used as a music and/or comedy venue). I will say though that if you're going for food the service at the Queen Mum is much better. In the Yorkville area I would recommend Hemingway's for something not so fancy (amazing heated rooftop patio that's actually covered and still used in the winter).

Favorite Dish: Both Queen Mother and the Rivoli serve the best Pad Thai.
