"Take a walk through Chinatown." Chinatown Tip by margaretvn

Chinatown, New York City: 105 reviews and 139 photos

Walk through Chinatown, which is situated just west of Chatham Square and has been the centre of the Chinese community for more than a100 years. The streets are narrow and there are many interesting shops and good restaurants. Walking around you can imagine that you are in China, especially if you time your visit to fall on the day when the community is celebrating the Chinese New Year - as we did!
