This is a different way to view Prague, from the Vltava. For 100Kc an hour you can use paddle power to take you up to the the weir closest Charles Bridge and up stream to just before Jiraskuv most/bridge.
Make sure you take ID or they will not hire you a boat.
Available on fine summer days when the river isn't flooded or it isn't too windy.

Directions: From the bridge across the road from Narodni divadlo (National theatre) you will see the paddle boats on the edge of the small island. There is a small bridge that joins the island to Masarykovo nab.(street).
