We took our cameras to the new upmarket housing development of Port Bouvard Island which is surrounded by man made canals which draw water from the "Dawesville Cut". It is very impressive and an excellent concept with the houses based on "Old European" style with plenty of colour to complement the blue water and colourful boats.
Whilst walking around the canals we heard some dolphin sounds and were lucky enough for the pair to stay around long enough for us to get a few photos. Dolphins are very hard to photograph in the wild, especially when you do not have any fish to feed them.

Address: Port Bouvard Island, Dawesville Cut, Mandurah, WA.
