"Helsinki Cathedral" Helsingin Tuomiokirkko (Helsinki Cathedral) Tip by Sjalen

The most striking silhouette in the city, visible from many places, it is the first thing your eyes are drawn to if you arrive by ferry. Set in the big Senate Square, it takes pride of place above the square. This lutheran cathedral was built in 1802 and is unfortunately not as impressive inside but it makes up for it with its impressive outside.
