This tips should probably be classified as an amusement park! Romping about Roma with VT friend, Kathryn, it occurred to me that she just must see Jonathan's. We had spent such a lovely time in the rear salon of Cafe Antico Greco - now we had a rare opportunity to go from the sublime to the ridiculous (literally)! We found Jonathan's and just ducked inside as one of those impromptu little rainstorms hit the streets of Rome. I don't know what was more fun - the place itself or Kathryn's expressions as we discovered one off-beat item after another.
The bathroom is not to be missed. I ordered Pernod w/water back and received a huge glass that was half full - easily 3 times the ordinary serving - Kathryn had a glass of wine and our bill was 12 Euro.
