Staying with a Kazak family: "Kokshetau" Kokshetau Hotel Tip by Wisconsinguy

I stayed with a Kazak family for 2 weeks. The house is located on the outskirts of Kokshetau. If you stay in the city, don't drink the water. I could drink the water where I was staying because my family has their own well. In our backyard we had a large hill with great views of the plains surrounding the city and the city itself.
