The house is a National Trust Property.
It was a family home and here you can see how the Pennyman's lived in the hall over the last three centuries.
You can find out more about the 'Wicked Sir James Pennyman' and how he gambled away the family fortune which bankrupted the estate in the 18th century.
There are 6 acres of gardens - with tours around them each month.

Directions: The Hall is about 3 miles south of Middlesborough near Captain Cook's Birthplace Museum.
