Favorite thing: If you're a museum buff, you might look into getting a Montreal Museum Pass, good at 32 museums and attractions over 3 consecutive days. One more place and this would have been a good value for us as the sights are a little on the expensive side individually, $10 CAD for the Stewart Museum at the Fort, $10 CAD for the Pointe-a-Calliere Museum of Archeology and $12.75 CAD for the Montreal Botanical Gardens.

The cost (as of July 2006) is $35 CAD for the 3 day pass, $45 CAD if you get the public transit pass with it.
