At dusk and summer time plaza francia and surroundings (recoleta neighbourhood are crowded with people in terraces and restaurants quite expensive for locals .. quite reasonable for us ... nice to walk among gardens and see traditional argentinian deserts stalls like "alfajores" extra sweet cake mixing cookie and dulce de leche
