The Maple Leaf: "Where to find Canadians" London Nightlife Tip by Cham

The Maple Leaf is a very inconspicuous place. So much so that unless you're actually looking for it you could walk right past it. That is except for july the 2nd (Canada Day) where they close off a street because Canadians from all over london head there.
The bar staff are all canadian, most of the people in the bar are Canadian, they have hockey and baseball playing on the TV and the interior is a strange cross between a traditional English pub and a Canadian bar. It's kind of like a mini version of Canada in the middle of london.
Drinks here are average price and the atmosphere, especially on Canada day is great.
Because the bar staff are Canadian they're all friendly so if you're getting the blues about getting the warm customer service (yes that is sarcasm) from most of the places in london... then this is the place to go.
Dress Code: Plaid shirts, big ol boots, a pick axe, and a beaver... without any of these things they won't let you in.
Directions: covent garden tube station, take a right, walk down the hill... keep going through the market on the other side you'll see pizza hut, to left there's a road walk down there and it's on the first road on the left.
