Red Flame Coffee Shop: "A Great Breakfast Diner in Midtown" The Red Flame Tip by kucha

The Red Flame, New York City: 1 reviews and 0 photos

Has anyone read Lawrence Block's great mysteries? If so, you'll recognize this diner as the place his character used to attempt to sober up the "day after." Literature aside, this little diner is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet a stone's throw from Times Square. The Red Flame serves up some delicious, yet very reasonable breakfast dishes! It is tiny, and often packed with locals, but worth any short wait you might encounter.
