I can't really tell if the folks here are chinese. But yes makati do have a china town like most country. Here is a shoppers delight with lotsa stores selling variety items range from jewelery, herbs, clothing, chinese food/ restaurant and other chinese stuffs.
Directions: Rizal avenue in Sta Cruz and Quezon Blvd in Quiapo are major arteries served by most jeepneys. By LRT, alight at Carriedo station. Or walk from Sta cruz.
