Luggage and bags: Nothing too posh!

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Definitely!
Take your walking gear and "sensible" shoes and make sure you have your waterproofs. Norfolk might be on the dry side of England but it still has rain!
Loads of great walking to do, including the Weavers Way, so be prepared to make the most of it.

Photo Equipment: Great opportunities, make sure you've got plenty of disc space, batteries and a close-up facility for nature shots.
