  Goose Creek Diner
by pabertra

Goose Creek Diner is a hole in the wall where locals congregate to get all the heart stopping fixings. The interior is loud and rather tacky with bright oranges and purples along with cinder block walls. The one truly surprising feature the diner has is a brunch with live jazz on Sunday afternoons. It is also a place where you can try a Kentucky Hot Brown.

Favorite Dish: The average entree never exceeds $10 here, but brunc is the exception mostly because you are paying for the live jazz more than anything.

Sunday Brunch--$12.95

Not too impressed with the selection. Fresh fruit, made to order omelettes, alongside the usual fixings of green beans, turkey, etc. The one standout was the hot brown casserole.
