"Musée Royal de l'Armée et d'Histoire Militaire Pt1" Royal Museum of the Armed Forces & Military History Tip by Willettsworld

This amazing museum features an extensive display of armour, uniforms, and weapons from various Belgian campaigns (like the Congo), the Napolionic War to all the way through both World Wars. Not only does it include Belgian uniforms and weapons but also uniforms from other countries are extensively featured such as WW1 and WW2 uniforms from Britain, France, USA, Russia, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. In fact, every country that took part in both world wars is featured at great length. The shear amount on display is breathtaking and if you look at every item in detail you'll be here all day! And what's more, it's all free!

Open: 9am-noon and 1-4.45pm Tue-Sun. Closed Mondays.
