When travelling on the Professor Molchanov we had all meals on board.

Breakfast was buffet style with cereals, rolls, cheese, meat and saussages, eggs, coffee, tea and juices.

For lunch and dinner we had the most delicious meals, usually with a starter, a main meal and dessert. The two young Norwegian cooks did a fantastic job - there was not one meal that I would have wanted to miss!

One evening we had an outdoor barbeque on deck - boy, was that a fantastic adventure: we had barbecued meats and different salads to choose from and hot spiced wine and other beverages! Afterwards there was music and dance - a truly memorable evening!
