"Quite yet Close to everything" Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel Tip by mkc87

Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel, Amsterdam: 2,834 reviews and 11 photos

Most everything that you want in a hotel. The lobby was great, the room was okay, and the bed was a little saggy. But I've stayed in much worse. I would definenently recommend this hotel to the tourist and business traveler alike.

Unique Qualities: Close to everything, and right off the main walk. Only a short walk, about a block and a half from Central Station, even in the rain. The Tram/Bus stop is right on the corner. Also, you can easily walk to everything you would like to see in Amsterdam, yet quiet, and very safe part of the city right on the Singel Canal. I didn't really use the pool, or have a great view. I hate to publicise this site, but the hotel usually goes for $300 a night (not worth that much), but you can get a great deal from Priceline.com
