"Lubiatowo - another beach" Krokowa Off The Beaten Path Tip by evaanna

Eager to explore as much of this part of the Baltic coast as we could, we drove even further west of Krokowa to see what Lubiatowo looked like. But, no matter how hard we looked we couldn't see a village there. Just a few summer cottages dispersed in the dwarf pinewood, uninhabited off season. In April, the place was deserted but there were some indications of what it might look like in the summer. Some parts of the wood were enclosed, probably serving as campsites with kiosks for reception. All rather primitive, but, unlike at Bialogora, here you could drive much closer to the beach, which was lovely: fine sand all along. It was sunny but the strong wind made walking difficult, so we had to go back soon. But if you are planning a walk or sunbathing on the beach, Lubiatowo may be the place you are looking for.
