"Madame Tussauds" Madame Tussauds London Tip by Jenniflower
Madame Tussauds London, London: 143 reviews and 207 photos
I am not sure whether I should put this under Warnings or Things to do ? it is because some people view it as a hinderance and a tourist trap, and others view it as something splendid to visit!
We went on a good day, the crowds were thin and we had our 2for1 ticket in hand.
We thought the replicas of some were only okay, but the majority of them are superb. My personal favourites are (surprise surprise) Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Ghandi. Whoopi Goldberg was also very good, as were Ant and Dec!
We had some fun messing about, posing with different characters, and having mock chats with them.
I would be wary of taking young kids here as the wax models are all over the place and wouldn?t be that hard to knock down I would think. For older kids it is nice.
