Getting around here is sad for me, it has to rent a car and I don't have international driving license! To travel around island of Puerto Rico either u have to rent a car or go by tour. Taxi is available only in the city.
Public transportation is by AMA bus - but only limited area. In Old San Juan city, they have free bus to take u around (ask Tourist Information for schedule and map).
