There are a few places from where you can admire Vienna from above. One is the side tower of the Sankt Stephans Dom. A lift will bring you to the top, where you can not only see the old bells of the Sankt Stephans Dom, but also the wonderful view over the (red) rooftops of the Austrian capitol on one side and the colourful roof tiles of the Dom on the other side. Now the eagle figure stand out clear.
