One of the restaurant I can think of: wonderful dishes served with style. Simple with only a hint of an innovative touch - and all prepared with the freshest ingredients on the market - often with locally made products and meat from home breeders.
There's also an endless selection of wines - including delicious local wines.

Favorite Dish: The food was all memorable (expensively memorable)... in particular the asparagus soup with the finest iranian caviar.
However it's the dessert that we found a real killer... the largest chocolate souffle that you could ever imagine. It's worth the announced 40 minutes wait - but I dare you finish it.
