In this small village of 700 people in the middle of the Dolomites, there are TWO Michelin star restaurants. Incredible!! One is the St. Hubertus, in my opinion the better one, and the other is the Siriola, also very good. Nearby there is another restaurant with a M. star.
Travelling a lot I never found this high concnentration of first class restaurants in such a small area.

Favorite Dish: The fillet of beef wrapped in high altitude mountain hay was the best...
