Philatelic Museum, Singapore: 8 reviews and 18 photos
The Singapore Philatelic Museum is located at the junction of Coleman Street and Armenian Street. Head upstairs to view the exhibits. You could purchase stamps or souveniers from the shop located at level 1.
It has a function hall where we can hold functions there. Our company had our Christmas celebration here.
I used to be a stamp collector and queuing up for First Day Covers. With modern technologies like email, we seldom uses the traditional kind of stamps to mail out letters. You no longer need to dip the stamps into liquid in order for them to stick onto the envelopes. Stamps has transformed into stickers.
Admission is $3.
You could also pay a visit to the Civil Defence Heritage Gallery which is a 3 mins walk away.
