To get to the Village of New Paltz, Mohonk Mountain House, or Minnewaska State Park, you are going to need some form of motorized transportation. I would not suggest trying to bike to the Mountain House or Minnewaska State Park from the Village. The roads are steep and loaded with semi-blind spots.
