Men with bells on their trousers, hankerchiefs in the air & doing pat-a-cake with sticks strikes one as a bit strange

Morris Dancers appear as if out of thin air in a busy town centre do their dance & do a collection. It is quite a colourful and noisy display.

I was amused to see Morris dancing taking place outside Morrisons supermarket :-)
