"Wall Street Walking Tour - Walking On "The Street"" Wall Street Tip by I-Believe-I-Can-Fly
Wall Street, New York City: 110 reviews and 191 photos
Wall Street takes its name from a wall the Dutch built in 1653. It was erected as a defense against nearby Indians. Under the Dutch, Wall Street was the city limit.
Located on the Financial District (From Broadway to South Street), Wall Street is home to the New York Stock Exchange, the Morgan Guaranty Trust Building, the Federal Hall National Memorial and many other buildings, Wall Street is worth a walk to look around.
During the day the area is incredibly busy with brokers, bankers, traders and other denizens of the financial forest running to and from, talking on cell phones and looking awfully important.
Our walking tour end at the Wall Street. Thanks to Jennifer, she did a great job. She made this walking tour a great experience for us.
