Garfunkel's is a funny restaurant, and I will tell you why... it is not a favourite, by no means, but always satisfies, and one where we do always go back to, which says alot! It is a place you go when you are hungry and KNOW what you are getting.

I would call it a 'safe' restaurant.

There is nothing exciting on the menu, nothing extravagent or different, it has al kinds of burgers, pastas, salads and the helpings are good... maybe TOO good! haha

They used to serve their milkshakes as a milkshake in a glass and then a refill. But they dont do that anymore. I dont blame them, the wastage must have been high.

Favorite Dish: I have tried various meals here, from a couple of their burgers (I usually just have the plain one), to their salad (which was nice and green.. with proper lettuce, not the rocket that everyone seems to try and pass as lettuce...), to their pastas.

I do prefer my own spaghetti bolognaisse to theirs as theirs is very tomatory, but if that is what you like, then great! I also add mushrooms and other little bits and pieces in mine, and theirs is plain. I guess theirs might be the more traditional variety?

Anyway, we always leave here sated, and will go back when we are hungry again (lol), so I guess I have to give it a half-optimistic thumbs up! :)
