I guess most people will agree that one of the best places to go for Mexican food in Texas is San Antonio but if, like me, you can't go two days without having some crazy-mad salsa craving, then El Sol y La Luna is a pretty good spot for Mexican food in Austin. First off, it's located in the So-Co area so after a bit of shopping you can sit down and relax on the restaurant's shaded patio. Also, the menu is definitely more Mexican than Tex-Mex, which can be a nice change. On a side note, Mexican-style breakfasts are served all day so it's a great place to go to get some huevos rancheros to get rid of that hangover, and it's also conveniently located right across from Amy's Ice Cream, so save some room for dessert!

Favorite Dish: I really liked my enchiladas mole!
