We have to thank Lisa's friend Chrissy for suggesting Moonshine for dinner. After a steady diet of Tex-Mex food, some classic American cooking sounded pretty good and we were not disappointed at this place. Although the restaurant looks a bit small from the outside, it's got a great patio - and a great selection of patio cocktails! The menu has a bit of everything for everyone, and although it is slightly more expensive than other restaurants in Austin, it's truly worth your money. For instance, the delicious artichoke and spinach dip starter is a full meal in itself!

Favorite Dish: The Dr. Pepper barbecued chicken served with baked macaroni was a big hit!
