Willi's Wine Bar is a restaurant / Wine Bar in the heart of the financial district near to the Bourse. Its draw for us was hearing that they served many high end wines by the glass. What we didn't know was that once we got there we would love everything about it.

While the emphasis at Willi's is the wine, don't under-estimate the quality of the food. The menu has many very good selections prepared with the freshest ingredients. Our meals were both very satisfying and delicious.

In addition to the food and wine, Willi's commissions a different artist to create a poster each year. The posters are very beautiful and very collectible. We got our first one in 1994 and have tried to keep up with the collection each year since.

Favorite Dish: The food is all good, especially when paired with a great french wine from the extensive wine list. My lamb as excellant, especially paired with a Comptes de Lafon burgundy.
