This is an excellent find, the Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, and whilst the hotel had no bar, this was not a problem due to it's excellent location.. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to be in the thick of it in Venice.

Breakfast is taken at the cafe next door but two, and is an adequate continental breakfast.

Unique Qualities: Rooms at this hotel are spotless and furnished in traditional Venitian style, all rooms have TV, en suite shower and bathroom and are spacious compared to most Veneitian hotels. But where this hotel scores the most is it's location. At just 5 minutes leisurely stroll from St Marks Square along the waterfront you are unlikely to get this grade of hotel at the prices it offers elsewhere in Venice.

The views from our rooms were magnificent.

Each floor is dedicated to a different style of music, and the rooms are named after famous musicians from the floors genre. We stayed on the R&B floor and stayed in the Eric Clapton room, my Brother and his wife stayed on the Classical floor in the Vivaldi room, and we can recommend both of these as comfortable rooms.

Address: Riva Degli Schiavoni
Price Comparison: less expensive than average
Directions: From the Arsenale boat stop, left over the first footbridge. Hotel is next to the souvenier shop on the right. Hotel as it is easy to miss. The staff in the souvenier shop will point you the right way
Phone: +39 041 296 0714
Price: US$80-120
Theme: Bed and Breakfast
