This has to be one of the best places for Chinese food in all of Hawaii! Big, roomy, airy, and bright dining room. Air conditioning. Free off-street parking (unheard of in Chinatown). Reaonsable prices. Great menu selection. And the food quality...simply wonderful. It was so good we went twice during our last trip to Hawaii. Both times I had the roast duck noodle ($6.75) which is actually a soup with pieces of roast duck, fresh Chinese greens, and chewy noodles. The aroma is intoxicating and the broth, while a bit rich, is heaven! Other things we had that were equally wonderful were the chicken and chive pot stickers ($4.50 for four), green onion pancakes ($3.25 for two), Shanghai Mochi stir fry ($7.95), and crab dumplings, which were a special that day. The dumplings were packed with fresh crab meat and boy were they tasty!
Favorite Dish: Roast duck noodle. Mmmmmmmm! Oh and those chicken pot stickers. And don't miss the crab dumplings if they're listed on the specials blackboard.
