Just down the road from the Village Center of Goathland is the Goathland station. Goathland station is famues from Heartbeat Series and Harry Potter, and a part of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

Goathland is the stop before the end of journey at Grosmont. NYMR are heading against Grosmont in very scenic landscapes from Pickering.

This train station is very special and beautiful, if you don't travel with steam train yourself you can be lucky, as we were, to see the train come into the station.
