On your way to Jungfraujoch Eigergletscher is the name of the 1st station after the station Kleine Scheidegg and from there you may hike a small mountain-path down to Alpiglen (2:50h) and finally back to Grindelwald (+ 4:00 h)
from Eigergletscher you may also walk down to Wengen within 5 hours (or 2:20h to Wengeralp).
Just a few hundred meters past the station Eigergletscher the Jungfraubahn will go on INSIDE the mountain for the rest of the journey to Jungfraujoch, and there will be 2 more short stops of about 10 minutes each, where you may get out and take a look through giant windows.

Directions: You may hike to Eigergletscher-station within 40 minutes from Kleine Scheidegg and of course all of the trains of Jungfraujochbahn will stop there in both directions !
