Off a little path near the top of Vrsic pass is this face in the rock - Ajdovska deklica (enlarge pic for better view) - in the wall of Mt Prisank its a natural effect - not carved by man. It can be difficult to spot and many miss it if they don't know where to look.<p> Legend says she helped people across the mountains and the Vršiè pass many, many years ago. Other giant girls were jelous, because people loved Ajda, so they put a curse over her to be forever kept in the silence of the Prisank wall.
