The Buffet (Wynn): "Keep the group size small" Winn Hotel Tip by PinkFloydActuary

  4 to a table!

The most expensive buffet yet ($20 for lunch). Those who enjoy Bellagio should enjoy this one as well - I thought many of the offerings were similar. They have salads, seafood, a carvery, pizza, peeled shrimp, etc. There are not "stations" per se - you just have to find the sections of the buffet that have the foods you like. Unique to Wynn is a "noodle bar", where you choose from several items, and they add noodles and a broth to complete your dish. The flank steak and pork loin at the carvery were fantastic. Fans of cheese will find good cheese throughout, including within some of the salads. While the dessert section had homemade ice cream, I found the rest of the dessert selection to be lacking.

Be warned if you go with a group of six or more - they do charge an 18% gratuity if you want to sit together. This is the only buffet I am aware of that imposes this on bigger groups.

About on par with the other fancy buffets(Bellagio, Paris, Aladdin) in terms of quality and selection

Favorite Dish: There were teryaki shrimp with sesame seeds that were very good.

Price Comparison: most expensive
Price: US$11-20
