The Palace of Culture and Science is the highest and biggest office building in Poland. Its over 230 meters high and houses over 3000 rooms measuring approximately 124,000 sqm.

The building covers an area of over 3 ha and has 33 lifts including 14 fast passenger lifts.
The building was built in 1952-1955 and was designed by Soviet architect L.Rudniev, and was a controversial gift to Warsaw given my Joseph Stalin.

There is a viewing terrace on the 30th floor and is 114 meters above the ground, and offers lovely views over Warsaw.

Address: Plac Defilad 1
Directions: Its located in downtown Warsaw on Marszalkowska and Aleje Jerozolimskie Streets. Its very close to the Main Station. You cannot miss it!
