We chose to travel by Eurostar as the most convenient way for us to get to Disneyland Paris, from the UK you can board Eurostar from Waterloo station in London or Ashford International in Kent
you are allocated a carriage and seat number although both going and returning we found people sitting in our seats and had to ask them to move so that we could all sit together
the journey is fast and our grandchildren were fascinated by the fact that we were travelling under the sea, though worried that the water would come in and disappointed that they didnt see any sharks [I dont think we had explained the tunnel clearly enough to them]
we changed trains at Lille for the TVG service to Marne-la-Ville, in Summer I imagine that Lille station is very pleasant, in March however it is very cold, there is a waiting room on the ground floor which was a few degrees below Arctic temperatures, otherwise find one of the infra-red people warmers and huddle round, on returning to the UK you must check in at least 30 minutes before departure and go through passport control

there isnt a great deal of luggage space in board the Eurostar, so pack light
