Café Louvre: "If Bill Clinton liked it..." Cafe Louvre Tip by divandrea
Cafe Louvre, Prague: 14 reviews and 21 photos
Cafe Louvre is a mix of traditional coffeehouse, restaurant, bar, billiard hall and famous jazz club where Bill Clinton played the saxophone during a Prague stay. Louvre is situated in a beautiful art nouveau palace - if you don't like the food, you have at least to get a look at the unbelievable rooms. The food - well it's bohemian, which means tons of sauce on your meat, lots of potatoes and delicious cakes. If you don't like sauces too much, go there for coffee and cake and to enjoy the building.
Favorite Dish: I had a pork tenderloin with bacon and potatoes. Everything was just delicious - except for the greasy sauce all over.
