"Pacific Grove" Pacific Ocean / Local Beaches Tip by chewy3326

  Pacific Ocean

Pacific Grove is a beautiful town at the northwest tip of the Monterey Peninsula. It has a very beautiful coastline and is a very charming place to visit. Not to be missed is Ocean View Blvd, which winds around the coast of Monterey Bay, leading to scenic viewpoints and cypress trees. The famous 17-mile drive (which we didn't do) is just south of the town.

Directions: Monterey Peninsula, about 2.5 hours south of San Francisco
