When in Capetown(I was there 2 weeks) you can find several things to do.
Turkish Bathouse is close by Gardens District..Alternate days between Men/Women. The bath is run by a Muslim Family who cares for the grounds..It is a little worn looking but the pool and steam rooms are immaculate..
Robben Island is reached by going the the Queen Victoria/Prince Albert Waterfront.
You must make a reservation to go on the Hydrofoil that leaves every 45 min(that was their schedule in April when I was there) Once there you get a complete tour of the Island. Including the former lepor colony, cell of Mandela, zebras, black mambas, and quarries. It is quite interesting. When I was on the bus there a black mamba had crossed the road! It was an interesting tour. I thought it was better than Alcatraz.

Address: Waterfront ..Garden Distrcit
Directions: At the Garden District where I stayed..You can find some drug--/food stores. WALGREENS is a common store found there. If ound many food items there.
