  Bernini's fountain
by Jenniflower

Our guesthouse's closest piazza was luckily the Piazza Navona.

Unbeknown to us at the time we had booked at (what we think), is the loveliest Baroque-inspired piazza of all!

Bustling with life and people, it also houses a couple of superb fountains, with intricate sculpted detail.

This is Bernini's fountain, found on the north side of Piazza Navona. A masterpiece in its own right.

Gorgeous stuff indeed!
