The Kaisersthermen are a roman bathhouse, situated near the Palatgarden. Its a huge construction and very well perserved. You can see firts the waals and gates of the bathhouse still i tact and most of all you can still see the labyrinth of tunnels underneath the bathhouse. Allthough a lot of the original building has vanished, the area in which the warmwater baths were situated is still visible. The roman gymroom is also visible (with a lot of imagination of course) as well as the massage room, the launadry and the garderobe. Underneath the warmwaterbath there are fireplaces situated to warm the water, they are still visible in the tunnels underneath the thermae. The termae in Trier are amongst the most extended ones in the Roman Empire!
