  Franklin Court
by spgood301

I only paid a brief visit to Franklin Court, but it was long enough to get an idea of how this great man lived. Franklin Court includes the US Postal Service Museum (where you can buy stamps, inclucing air mail for those international postcards), the Franklin Print Shop & Franklin Museum.

The house where Franklin spent the last years of his life used to be on this spot. It was demolished many years ago, but you still can see small fragments here. Check out some historical exhibits about Franklin. And, the highlight of any visit: Franklin's privy. Hey, even great men have needs.

Address: Market Street, between S. 3rd and 4th Streets
